This notice explains how Cristall Cleaning Services ("we", "us") uses personal information when you ask for a quote, book a clean, contact us or use this website.
Who we are
Cristall Cleaning Services is the trading name of CRISTALL CLEANING SERVICE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12770661), registered office 29 Westbourne Grove, Chelmsford, England, CM2 9RT. We are the controller of your information. Contact: hello@cristal-cleaning.com, 07462 901123.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, your town or postcode, the kind of cleaning, how often and your message.
- What you send by phone, WhatsApp or email, including photos of the rooms or items to be cleaned.
- Your address, access details (such as key arrangements) and cleaning preferences, when you book a clean.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to you, give you a price and carry out the cleaning: steps you asked for before a contract, and the contract itself (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the records tax and company law require: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep this website secure and working: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell them.
Who helps us
These providers handle information for us, only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Resend, which delivers the form to our email inbox.
- Afaceri Diaspora Ltd, which built and maintains this website and keeps a copy of form messages so none are lost.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, when you contact us that way.
- Google, only if you choose to load the map.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of cleans and payments are kept for six years, as tax law requires. Access details are deleted when you stop using our service.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@cristal-cleaning.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising and no visit statistics. The Google map loads only if you allow it; when it does, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. See the cookie notice.
