Since 2013
A family cleaning business from Chelmsford
Lori and her family started Cristall Cleaning in 2013. Some of our customers have had the same cleaners for years, and most new ones come from their recommendations.
How we work
Teams of two, the same faces each week
We work in teams of two and bring all our own equipment and professional products. For regular customers it's the same team every visit, on the day and time you choose.
Most of our cleaners come to us by word of mouth. Each one is interviewed in their own home and their references are followed up before they work with us; only when we're completely happy do they join a team and get trained our way. When your cleaners are on holiday, another of our teams covers, so the cleaning carries on through the year.
What we care about
Four things our customers notice
Reliable
We turn up on the day and at the time we agreed.
On time
Your day and your time stay the same, week after week.
Properly clean
Professional cleaning products, and the corners done as well as the middle.
Fair prices
Weekly cleaning from £18 an hour, and the price list is public.
